Tesla Model 3 Track Mode Key Fob

Not only has Tesla added a Track Mode on all Performance versions of their Model 3s, but they also gave owners yet another way to unlock their car’s doors: either using a credit card-sized key, with their smartphones, and now, a $150 Model 3-shaped key fob – passive entry still works with a paired smartphone. Now for Track Mode, it basically actively manages the car’s stability to improve performance on racetracks or in autocross settings. Read more for another video and additional information.



“Power will shift in real time between the front and rear motors to make sure that the car has the best chance to make it through a corner without any trouble, while other features like proactive cooling make sure the battery pack suffers the least amount of abuse possible,” reports The Verge.
