Ubisoft has just teased Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and the full trailer is expected tomorrow, April 30th, at 11am EST. This installment is set during The Viking Age, which occurs between the ninth and eleventh centuries, or around 100-400 years prior to the events of the original Assassin’s Creed. No details have been released, but it could be a continuation of the origin stories. Read more for the teaser trailer.
The time-lapse artwork video above shows a Viking warrior separated by two different scenes. The left has Viking raiders sailing in longboats, while the right has them attacking English soldiers. The warrior in the middle is holding an axe sporting the symbol of the Assassin Brotherhood engraved into its blade. A raven flying over the shoulder of the Viking means it could play an in-game role, like surveillance.
