XPENG X2 Flying Car Test Flight Dubai
While the XPENG X2 flying car isn’t as unique-looking as the PHRACTYL Macrobat, it did complete its first public test flight in Dubai. This carbon fiber, electric two-seat flying car has 8-rotos and can reach altitudes of up to 3,281-feet, cruising at a comfortable 81 mph. On a full charge, you can expect up to 35-minutes on flight time.

The XPENG X2 is the company’s fifth-generation flying car and it features an enclosed cockpit encompassed by a teardrop-shaped design. It’s designed for low-altitude city trips, making the flying car perfect for sightseeing adventures and emergency medical transportation. There are two driving modes, manual and autonomous, with the latter allowing passengers to enjoy a safe flying experience from start to finish at the push of a button.
