Bomb throwing received a similar fix, as the projectile now closely follows the player’s aim direction and angle, allowing explosives to be lobbed over obstacles or up to elevated platforms rather than sailing in a straight line each time. Below the surface, technical effort includes a complete redesign of the rendering queue code. The update adds more flexibility, more consistent performance in many situations, and a possible solution to the black panels that occasionally appeared following menu use.
