Finally, the 2023 BMW M2 has been officially unveiled after numerous leaks. Power comes from a turbocharged 3.0L S58 inline-six engine with M TwinPower Turbo Technology making 453 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque, mated to either a 6-speed manual or 8-speed M Steptronic transmission, enabling it to hit 62 mph in 4.1-seconds, while topping out at 177 mph with the optional M Driver’s Package.
Interior wise, customers will be able to select from two options for the front seats: an electronically-adjustable leather M Sports or M Carbon bucket seats that keep you in place at the track. The latter not only shaves 24-pounds off the M Sport seats, but also retains electronic controls, heating and illuminated M2 badges. Available starting in April 2023, priced from $62,200 USD.
