SEGA’s upcoming Crazy Taxi remake is reportedly slated for release in 2027, but gameplay footage has allegedly leaked, giving fans a taste of what’s to come. The company stated that it’s going to be an large-scale online title set in an open world, and one of the first massively multiplayer driving games.
No other information has been revealed, but it should follow the original, where the main objective is to pick up customers and take them to their chosen destination as quickly as possible. Money can be earned along the way by performing stunts, such as near misses with other vehicles. The Crazy Taxi remake should offer both a single player and multiplayer modes.
