TeaserPlay is back at it again, and this time, they reveal their Bully remake in Unreal Engine 5. First released on October 17, 2006 for the PlayStation 2, this modern version shows what it could look like on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, complete with Lumen, Nanite, ray-tracing and metahuman (Jimmy Hopkins face) technologies.
Aside from playing it on this PlayStation 2-themed PS5 console, we’d like to see teenage rebel Jimmy Hopkins rises through the ranks of the school groups, archetypes which include Bullies, Nerds, Preppies, Greasers, and Jocks, in more detail than ever. We imagine the cash, new items, and increase/decrease the respect of certain groups earned by completing missions would most likely feature some new mechanics as well. For those who don’t know, this game actually has a multiplayer component on the Wii and Xbox 360’s Scholarship Edition, which may also get a revamp if this remake is ever released.
