Ravi Hongal, a 49-year-old photography fanatic from Belgaum, India, decided to combine his passions into a three-story house. Little did he know that it would become the latest attraction in the city. Why? Well, from afar, it looks like a giant camera with a Nikon lens, Canon flash, and an Epson printer. How much did all this cost? So far, he’s put in $95,000 USD.
In addition to the exterior facade sporting a lens, flash, film reel, memory card and a viewfinder, the interior is nothing to scoff at either. Many of its ceilings and walls are also designed as different parts of a camera. What could make this home better? Actually turning the entire home into a functional camera of sorts that could possibly develop real photos for tourists and visitors.
