Abimelec Design transformed a Ford Mustang Foxbody into a Ferrari F40 knockoff of sorts, but it wasn’t easy. The designer had to first lower the Ford’s roofline and then add flared fenders to give it the wide stance of its Italian counterpart. Out back, they equipped it with an F40-inspired rear wing before adding a Lexan panel over the engine bay. Read more for additional pictures and information.

As for the engine, how about a 5.2-liter Voodoo V8 engine sourced from the Mustang Shelby GT350 and GT350R. Will this vehicle ever become a reality?
