This vehicle is named Dan Gurney since it was the third car used in the LeMans race scene. Power comes from a 5.7L V8 engine, mated to a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.
Out of the fix replicas built, this one was the only to receive a VIN and subsequently a title, which makes it fully street-legal. However, the fact that it’s right hand drive might confuse those who are used to the left-hand drive configuration. Fortunately, the shifter is also on the right-hand side, as typically found on left-hand drive vehicles. It’s headed to the Mecum Auctions in Dallas during September 8-11. More information here.
