Hyundai N Vision 74 Hydrogen Supercar DeLorean
Think of the Hyundai N Vision 74 as a hydrogen-powered version of the DeLorean DMC-12, or so we’d like to believe. In reality, it pays tribute to the Hyundai Pony Coupe concept from 1974, which was developed by the legendary car designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. Power comes from a hybrid system consisting of a battery-electric pack paired with an FCEV system making 670 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to hit a top speed of 155 mph.

The hydrogen fuel tank can be completely refilled in just 5-minutes, while its 62.4 kWh battery pack with 800V fast-charging boasts a 373-mile range. All of this technology is seamlessly integrated into the design to fulfil the FCEV’s heat management requirements. Unfortunately, there’s no word yet on pricing or availability. If supercars just aren’t your thing, Hyundai’s smallest EV actually fits in a trunk.

N Vision 74’s future-oriented design reflects the respect and appreciation we have for the dedication and passion that went into the Pony Coupe concept,” said SangYup Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of Hyundai Design Center.
