iOS 15 Preview Apple WWDC 2021
Apple previewed iOS 15 at WWDC 2021 today, and this version is designed to make the user experience even more intuitive than ever before. Not only will FaceTime calls feel more natural, but the new SharePlay function lets users focus and be in the moment with new ways to manage notifications, while also bringing more intelligence to photos / search to quickly access information. Plus, there’s redesigned Apple Maps and Weather apps. Read more for a video of the compete presentation and additional information.

FaceTime is going to support spatial audio and voices in a call to make it sound as if they are coming from where the person is positioned on the screen, while microphone modes separate the user’s voice from background noise. Notifications will not be easier than ever to identity, thanks to contact photos for people and larger icons for apps. Safari also gets a fresh design that makes controls easier to reach with a single hand, putting content front and center with Tab Groups, which enables users to save tabs to easily access them at any time across various devices (iPhone, iPad or Mac).
