Apple’s iPhone XI may already be assembled in the factory awaiting packaging, but there are still some people speculating that what we’ve seen leaked online isn’t the actual handset(s). Designer Philip Goolkasian gives us his take on what the next-generation handset should look like. Instead of the square bump that you’ve seen, this concept proposes a horizontal triple rear camera setup that may look more aesthetically pleasing to some. The light bar-like setup consists of three 12MP camera sensors, dual-tone flash, a mic, ambient light sensor, flood illuminator, and a proximity sensor. In the front, we see a tiny hole punch camera right next to the earpiece speaker and either a very thin bezel or a completely bezel-less design. When should we expect the official announcement? Sometime between September 11-19, 2019.
