Joshua Turner used a Iflight Nazgul Evoque V2 drone and GoPro 11 Mini to capture breathtaking footage of the 2,073-foot Shanghai Tower. What makes the footage you’re about to see so special is the fact that as of January 2024, drone flights in controlled areas of Shanghai require approval in advance.
In addition to the Shanghai Tower, we see Turner fly through the ‘Bottle Opener’ on the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), which stands 1,671-feet-tall. As a bonus, the drone also makes its way around the Oriental Pearl Tower and the window washers there who dangle by ropes every morning cleaning its glass.

Epic! I go here all the time but its the first time I’ve seen such clear footage. Always wanted to fly through the bottle opener but was worried about loosing signal,” said one commenter.
