Samsung’s Galaxy S26 and S26+ appear in leaks just a few weeks before its official reveal, complete with what appear to be final official product photos and nearly every little detail from spec to spec. Both models in the S26 family play it very safe, with only a few tweaks here and there on top of the refined design you’ve come to expect from current Samsung phones.
The S26’s three rear lenses are now grouped together in the characteristic pill-shaped camera module on the back. It’s nevertheless a significant redesign that gives these phones a somewhat different appearance without affecting their general shape or size; the layout no longer feels so similar to its predecessors.

The displays remain flat, with extremely narrow bezels and a centered selfie camera hole, and it’s all kept together by a sleek metal frame in which the power and volume keys sit comfortably on the right side. They’re wonderful to rest flat on a surface, but if you tip them over, you’ll notice that the camera bump is still present, causing them to wobble somewhat.
The S26 measures 149.6 x 71.7 x 7.2mm and weighs just 137g, making it a very lightweight phone for its size. You’ll receive a 6.3-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display, a 4,300 mAh battery, a 50MP main sensor, 12MP ultra wide and 10MP telephoto camera lenses, and a 12MP front-facing camera. Before you know it, the standard storage increases to 256GB.
Then there’s the S26+, which measures 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm, weighs 190g, and features a 6.7-inch screen with QHD+ resolution. This means sharper visuals all around. The battery has a capacity of up to 4,900 mAh and can even handle Wireless Power Share, which allows you to charge friends’ phones from your phone. It also has the same specifications as the normal S26, including a 50MP main camera, a 12MP wide angle, a 10MP telephoto, and a 12MP selfie lens, and the base storage starts at 256GB.
Both will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2600 in Europe or Qualcomm’s 8 Gen 5 Elite elsewhere, depending on the local chip processor possibilities. They come pre-installed with Android 16 and Samsung’s One UI 8.5, ensuring that all of the software quirks work properly. Samsung plans to unveil the Galaxy S26 portfolio, including the Ultra variant, at a Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25, 2026. Pre-order and availability information should come shortly thereafter, most likely in early March.
