The Devel Sixteen made its debut all the way back in 2013, and since then, not much has come of the project, that is until…this week. This Dubai-based company finally revealed a production model being tested on both public roads as well as the racetrack. It’s allegedly powered by a quad-turbocharged 12.3L V16 engine producing 5,006 hp and 3,757 lb-ft of torque, while a lower-end model reportedly has the same engine, but detuned to 2,000 hp. Still want the hypercar, but don’t even need 2,000 hp? Well, the company is also planning to release a V8-powered model that makes a mere 1,500 hp. How much will one of these beasts cost? The lowest end V8 model is set to be priced from $1.6-million, all the way up to $2-million for the track-only 5,000hp monster. All things considered, even the track-only model seems like a bargain compared to the $3-million Bugatti Chiron.
