Hennessey Performance’s H700 Corvette C8 Stingray transforms the mid-engine sports car into a supercar destroyer, or so we’d like to think. Its supercharged 6.2L V8 now makes 708 hp and 638 lb-ft of torque, mated to a Tremec TR-9080 DCT 8-speed dual clutch transmission.
The 44% increase in extra power comes from the addition of a a high-flow centrifugal supercharger, an air induction system with an air-to-water intercooler, and an optional enhanced cat-back exhaust. For those interested, the H700 package itself costs $49,950 USD and includes the supercharger, intercooler, engine tune, lightweight wheels, cat-back exhaust, as well as graphics.
