Well, some readers from Russia have managed to track down its owners, and they actually uploaded a full build video showing exactly what they used to create this bizarre vehicle. Since everything is custom, there is a high chance this modified vehicle could be stopped and towed by the Russian police if it were parked somewhere in public. Unfortunately, project leader Arti Voli said that there are no plans to make it street-legal because Russia has stringent requirements for cars.
