After the official reveal 2-weeks ago, most of us know that the upcoming Sony PlayStation 5 will boast a customized solid state drive designed for high-speed data streaming as well as a semi-custom AMD GPU capable of ray tracing, support for 4K resolution displays, high framerates, new audio hardware for real-time 3D audio effects, and backward compatibility with most PS4 and PS VR games. The launch unit sports a two-tone design that matches the DualSense controller, complete with a black internal block flanked by two white wings along its sides, each lit by blue LEDs. You can use it in a vertical mode with a stand or horizontally. Heat vents are located up top, while the front bezels include the Blu-ray disc drive, USB-A and USB-C ports. Sony’s Jim Ryan claims that additional game console colors may be available later.

Some of the new accessories announced include a charging station for the DualSense controller, a new high definition camera, remote control, and Pulse 3D, which is a wireless headset made to take advantage of the console’s 3D audio technology.
