Starting with the Xbox Series X, it includes a 4K Blu-ray drive, but many games will be offered through a digital download onto its large SSD, which can be expanded using external USB 3.2 drives. Rumors are saying that you’ll be able to use multiple external drives to store the games you might be playing, so you won’t be required to re-download large 100GB+ games several times.
