Apple is holding a “One More Thing” event next week and it’s rumored that in addition to new Apple Silicon Macs, the company is set to reveal their third-generation AirPods as well. These leaked images from 52 Audio allegedly show these new AirPods 3, and they look very similar to the AirPods Pro. The image above shows the top section of the charging case, along with one of the earbuds. While they may look like the AirPods Pro, these will not have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology built-in. Read more for two additional pictures.
Similar to the AirPods Pro, you’ll be able to attach silicone ear tips for a more comfortable fit, while the circular design ensures a comfortable listening experience. When should you expect these to hit stores? As far as we know, they are hitting shelves in early 2021, but could be unveiled on November 10th, with pre-orders going up shortly after.
