We know the fourth-generation 2026 Toyota MR2 will be based on the FT-Se concept that was revealed a few years back, but digital creator ‘avarvarii’ shows us what the actual sports coupe could look like.
Nothing has yet been officially confirmed by Toyota, but rumors point to the powerplant being a new turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine making nearly 400 horsepower in street-legal form and up to 600 hp for a track-only variant. It would be a mid-engine design like its predecessors and the vehicle itself might start at around $70,000, making it quite a bit more expensive than the $46,440 Toyota GR Supra.

That looks FANTASTIC. Outstanding styling and that color is stunning. Toyota is, once again, looking to lead the world into the next generation of automobiles. With their technological advancement and mass production capabilities they’ll be producing cars that everyone can enjoy instead of only the 1%,” said one commenter.
