The Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus 008 was designed to be an off-road supercar, and the Fast Response Military Vehicle concept turns it into a real-life Halo Warthog. Aside from the matte green paint job and additional LED lights, it looks much like the original aesthetically. However, its roof-mounted turret gun is battle ready.
Want to build your own? Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus is offering an 008 Package that contains everything you need, except for your choice of engine and gearbox. You’ll be able to build your own Fast Response Military Vehicle or just a race car for the road. Once completed, simply register it as “home-built” with your state to receive a VIN, title, and road license plates. Now if drag racing is your thing, you’ll need to put a powerful engine into that Halo Warthog replica to beat a turbocharged DeLorean.

For a real-life Halo Warthog, you’ll have to check out this creation by the Hoonigan team. They used a pre-fabricated chassis equipped with four-wheel steering as the base, just like the in-game Warthog, but since it was originally designed to be a rock crawler, some heavy modification was required. They chopped off the top before lengthening and widening the chassis, all powered by twin-turbocharged Ford Windsor V8 making 1,000hp.
