Liberty Walk LB-WORKS Ferrari F40 Tokyo Auto Salon
The Liberty Walk LB-WORKS Ferrari F40 has been officially unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2023, and it’s just as controversial as ever, due to a near complete overhaul of its exterior, unlike this abandoned Ferrari F40. Any F40 owner can purchase the complete body kit, which includes a front cowl, cowl duct, light cover (no lights), front diffuser, side diffuser, rear wing, and the infamous LB wide fenders.

Fortunately, Liberty Walk left the factory twin-turbo 2.9L V8 engine generating 471 hp and 426 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox, as is. One mod they most likely installed on this F40 that isn’t listed on their project page is their own iDEAL Air Suspension System, which has anywhere from 26-way to 36-way damping adjustments and costs at least $8,140 USD alone. Pricing for the body kit itself has not yet been revealed.

I don’t think I take risks; I always think if I try my best, I can do anything. I love the business and industry. It was simple that I founded Liberty Walk at 26. Wataru means Walk in Japanese. I love the word Liberty, so I just put Walk after Liberty, because I would like to walk freely [in life]!,” said Wataru Kato, Liberty Walk Founder to Jeff Kim.
