H/t: Car Scoops
The legendary Honda S2000 is a roadster that was manufactured from 1999 to 2009, with the production version launching on April 15, 1999 to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary. There are two generations: the initial launch model was given the chassis code AP1 and then a facelifted version, known as the AP2 in North America and Japan.
Automotive designer The Sketch Monkey decided to keep the original body and add some modern touches for this updated model, including a revamped front end, complete with slim LED headlights. Unfortunately, the original naturally-aspirated engine will most likely be replaced with a hybrid or all-electric setup, but hopefully, the 6-speed manual transmission remains.
